- Produce forward-looking reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen products/services
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and maintain trend intelligence database
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning preferred
