Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with emerging market paradigms
- Produce predictive intelligence reports on disruptive technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Design organizational resilience protocols for systemic disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Maintain the Horizon Intelligence Database tracking 200+ emerging signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, WFS)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
