Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their impact on industries 2026-2035
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-state vision and strategic pivots
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Tech Review
- Advolve C-suite on emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing business models and customer experiences
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums as a futurism thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (provide 3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published author in futurism/strategy publications (minimum 5 peer-reviewed articles)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP-LE, Futures Wheel, Cross-Impact Matrix)
