Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks through executive briefings and scenario planning workshops
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for product development and market expansion aligned with future trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and future literacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into coherent future narratives
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic positioning
