Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions aligned with future horizons
- Monitor competitor innovation trajectories and identify first-mover opportunities
- Advose on talent acquisition strategies for future-critical skill sets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech forecasting
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of presenting to C-suite and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
