Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities aligned with future market demands
- Design and maintain scenario-planning models for high-impact industry transformations
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and maintain an external innovation network
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embrace adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts (whitepapers, journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
