Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and technologies relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce foresight reports on climate-tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Advise product teams on long-term innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness
- Represent the company at global futurism summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
