Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ initiatives, aligning technology roadmaps with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech, regulatory shifts, and disruptive business models
- Develop data-driven scenarios and strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, corporate futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 3+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS)
