- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Advocate for ethical foresight practices in technology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists on emerging methodology frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Proficiency with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable impact
