Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2026
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product and service concepts
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or SOIF)
