As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and global partners to identify disruptive forces and position our organization as a pioneer in the 2026 landscape. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to map scenarios, quantify risks, and design resilient strategies that capitalize on technological convergence.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with quarterly scenario updates
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops for 2026 opportunity mapping
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through data-driven modeling and scenario planning
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and build external partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, technology management, or related field
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, R)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
