Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate disruption impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on future-of-work paradigms and ethical AI governance
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Present foresight insights at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published thought leadership on future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in trend analysis using AI-powered foresight tools
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
