Responsibilities

- Develop long-term strategic frameworks integrating quantum computing, climate resilience, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design ethical guidelines for emerging technologies including generative AI and synthetic biology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026+ solutions addressing climate and equity challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, renewable energy)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
