- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visualizations
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and convert complex futures into actionable plans
