Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global trends, technologies, and market shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for board-level executives and stakeholders
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with cross-functional teams
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused insights into product development
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' impact on industry and society
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations on future strategic implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning, Business, Technology, or Social Sciences; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
