- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) in core business functions
- Mentor innovation teams on futures-thinking methodologies and strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
