Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive culture of innovation through futurist workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Oversee development of Horizon's Future Intelligence Platform (AI-powered analytics)
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record in technology disruption and trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (Web3, AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (minimum 3 major works)
- Experience scaling innovation labs or future-focused divisions
