Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making across 5 business verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly trend reports and whitepapers for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with future market needs
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
