- Produce executive-grade trend reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Advise product development teams on future-proof feature integration
- Establish KPIs for tracking and validating foresight accuracy
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting methodology (e.g., Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
