Responsibilities
- Develop strategic 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Analyze exponential technology trends to identify disruption opportunities
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and industry consortiums
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into commercial applications
- Drive organizational adoption of anticipatory governance models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with exponential trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive innovations
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Strong network with futurist research institutions (Singularity, Foresight)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
