We are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person in the Denver metro area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and update asset inventories and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Assist with user onboarding processes, including account setup and software training.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT management team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and help desk ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the Denver area.
