- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking emerging technology adoption patterns
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic megatrends and their business implications
- Strong track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future-focused insights
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
