Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across multiple business verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive future events
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with high transformation potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future trends into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
