- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology implementations
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Nexus as an industry futurist
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-gen startups for strategic partnerships
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation maturity across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong background in sustainability and ethical tech frameworks
