Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead client workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and executive briefings for C-level stakeholders
- Design and implement organizational resilience programs for rapid technological adaptation
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and industry experts
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
