Responsibilities

- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish)
