- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend briefs, innovation roadmaps, and disruption risk assessments
- Chair quarterly 'Future Forums' with industry disruptors and academic pioneers
- Design and deploy 2026 readiness programs across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Secure partnerships with emerging tech incubators and future-focused research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)

- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills distilling complex futures into stakeholder-ready narratives
