- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business models
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ innovation budget
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership on future-focused strategies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight platforms
