Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and technological inflection points to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate, AI, and biotechnology disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with department heads
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings quantifying future risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track organizational preparedness for 2026 transition milestones
- Build an external advisory network of futurists and domain specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
