As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies while maintaining our position as industry pioneers in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological shifts, and behavioral patterns to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership content establishing our vision for the next innovation cycle
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption timelines
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend-synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks: generative AI, quantum computing, spatial web
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term digital transformation
