Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Produce actionable strategic briefs for executive stakeholders with quantitative and qualitative risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture cutting-edge innovations

- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and publish thought leadership in industry publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and strategic foresight frameworks
