Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Author white papers on disruptive trends (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and policy experts
- Present at Davos-level forums and industry summits
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-concept methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for national innovation projects
