Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing operations against climate resilience and ethical AI challenges
- Author white papers and trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight platforms to quantify future market opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, economists, and behavioral psychologists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership on 4IR, sustainable business models, or human-machine collaboration
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, SAMI)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
