Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Architect scalable solutions integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and IoT ecosystems
- Direct cross-functional teams in agile sprints to deliver MVPs for future tech platforms
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech and ethical AI development frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on next-gen computing paradigms
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and future-proof coding practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing
- Proven track record shipping production systems in at least two emerging tech domains
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE journals or top-tier tech conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certified in AWS Quantum Computing and Google AI Enterprise
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting tech projects
