Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage pilot program budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI, IoT, blockchain, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience securing $3M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
