- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for 2026 ecosystem integration
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ novel technologies
- Mentor senior engineers on emerging tech trends and future-proofing methodologies
- Report directly to CTO on quarterly innovation KPIs and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and emerging tech standards beyond 2024
- Executive experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ engineers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with future tech specialization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on 2026+ technology trajectories
- Secured $10M+ in venture funding for innovation projects
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with >$100M revenue impact
