- Mentor 8-person cross-disciplinary innovation team
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-readiness technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics
- Published author in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Experience scaling ventures from prototype to global deployment
