Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation, strategy, or technology leadership roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and future forecasting
- Strong background in product development lifecycle and scaling innovations
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
