Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating R&D, product development, and market strategy
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for cutting-edge research
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
