Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive prototyping of breakthrough solutions in our Innovation Labs (VR/AR, nanotech, and neural interfaces)
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology strategists
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors impacting 2026's tech landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership (50+ personnel)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
