Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and spatial internet
- Develop and present 5-10 year technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive business models
- Coordinate with R&D teams to translate future trends into product development pipelines
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and exclusive global futurism summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep network in DARPA, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
