Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for all product lines and market expansion.
- Analyze macro-economic trends and emerging tech landscapes to identify high-growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in integrating next-gen AI solutions.
- Oversee the development of long-term intellectual property and patents.
- Present quarterly innovation reports to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating organizational change and digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
