Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strategic thinking with ability to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
