Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ethical framework development for responsible AI deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
