Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and competitive positioning
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
