Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
