- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate 2026-ready solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
