Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and biometric systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage a $10M+ R&D portfolio focused on sustainable urbanization and space commercialization
- Author white papers on future-of-work paradigms and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and probabilistic modeling techniques
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on technological forecasting
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or Advanced Scenario Planning
- Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies on emerging technology policy
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
