Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Published work on ethical AI or digital sovereignty frameworks
- Experience securing $50M+ in future-focused funding
- PhD or equivalent in technology futures, systems engineering, or related field
