Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global industry transformations
- Design strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future-state roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and measure ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with venture capital or corporate incubation programs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic strategy implementations
